How is this different from UX Research?
In practice, there's little distinction — the design work we do always starts from research. This service exists for when you already know you need interface work (redesign, prototypes) and want it to start off right, with research included, not as a separate step.
Do you only do visual design, without research?
No. Every project starts with a research phase — audit, interviews, or data analysis depending on the case — before we touch a single screen.
Do you redesign existing sites, or only build new products?
